  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any refund request.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear after delivery.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at customercare@italianraw.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Return Shipping for Defective/Damaged Items: If the item received is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Inspection: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Processing of Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Note that even if Italianraw.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible, your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, there may be additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Refunds on Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Condition Upon Return

The product must be in its original condition, free from any signs of use, wear, or damage, including all original packaging and tags.

 

Refunds for International Customers

If you are an international customer, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your location and financial institution.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at customercare@italianraw.com .

 

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
